Zone 21
Zone 20 is adjacent to the east coast highway and the international airport. The site offers potential for airport related services as well as other ancillary facilities such as shopping complexes, underwater museum, small restaurants and cafes.
Ile de romainville
The island is located opposite to Victoria. Proposed development includes cruise ship Terminal with duty free shopping, restaurants and cafes, cultural museum, kiosks, aquarium and other activities. Area also earmarked for financial services.
Ile Soleil
The island is located along the East coast. An area has been demarcated on Ile Soleil for commercial development which could potentially cater for commercial complex and other services.
